The Fly
Hey all,
I've been a U2 fan since I was about 14...now I'm 33, corporate job, married, living in the DC area and my wife still hasn't gotten used to me being such a big U2 fan. We've all experienced the "downtime" U2 gives us of 3 or 4 years between albums and tours, but it's been incredible lately to see the awesome buzz out there about the new songs and upcoming tour.
My favorite line from Bono from several years ago during the Pop Mart Tour was "we're going to look for new sounds, new feelings, new colours," and after listening to their new songs, I think they've achieved that goal.
Well, I better go watch SNL to see them live. Have a great evening everyone.
Ciao
