So I am sort of new here... lurked for a while, but just registered!
I guess as far as my U2 experience, I have just grown up with them being a huge influence and inspiration in my life (thanks to the great music taste of my dad and sister). I have seen them in Detroit on the Vertigo tour, and in Chicago for 360 in 2011 (best day of my life, front row GA, Bono even waved to my sister and I mid COBL
) My biggest regret more than anything is probably the fact that I was born 1996 and wasn't around for Pop or ZooTV...
