I have been a U2 fan since 1983. Saw them on the UF tour in 1984 which was just amazing, except I wasn't close enough (are you ever close enough to Bono?)

Kinda had lots of things in my life that took precedence over music for a few years, but I am taking great pleasure in re-discovering U2, especially here on the internet. I am learning so much I didn't know about the band and lovin' it!

and I'm looking forward to taking my kids to U2 next (oops... this) year. My daughter (12) is already a big fan.

Oh and I love the new album but "One" is definitely my favourite song at the moment after getting "U2 Go Home/Slane" from the family for Christmas! Can''t stop playing it!
