I am from Bakersfield...which is north of LA and south of Fresno...nice town to live in, fairly centered in California so it's easy to get to the major cities with a little drive.
Cool! Although.. I hear there's not much to do in Bakersfield.

Nope, not much to do here at all...but hey, why complain. At least it's sorta relaxing. I really dig the Bay Area, my uncle has an apartment in a little town up there 'cause he works around there, so I'm kinda familiar with it.
