what's with Bob Marley??

Legend is on the Hitsdialydouble chart at #44!! This means this album which has been charting at number 1or 2 on the Billboard Pop Catalog charts for the past month is boosted in sales enough this week to be in the Billboard 200's top 50 (if it were eligible).

With only 37% of the data in, Legend is at over 8,000 copies. This could put him at over 20,000 for the week. Anyone have an explanation for this?!?

I think it's just a very slow week for 'regular' albums. IIRC, Legend is selling around 20,000 copies a week for some weeks now. It's just that now it is apparently visible in the actual charts, no big deal.

Bob Marley is a great artist, so it's nice to see so many people still buying (and listening to) his work.
