The new album is already charting on UK!

The album is #160 on the Midweeks of the UK Top 200 Albums right now! The album moved around 300-400 copies this last three days on UK. How can be possible?
BTW, Vertigo is #195 on the UK Top 200 Singles as import...

The only thing I can think of is that they are starting to count some online sales from certain websites.
