Electrical Storm is racing to the top of singles charts worldwide.
Already the track has debuted at Number One in Italy, Portugal, Canada and Spain and at Number Two in Ireland, Denmark and Finland.
The single, taken from 'U2 The Best of 1990-2000' which is released worldwide next week, is also at Number Four in Norway and Holland and at Number Five in the UK, Australia and Switzerland.
This was from U2.com.

As I don't feel like opening another thread to U2's chart performance in the Netherlands yet (as no albums are charting at this moment, that'll come next week) I will post the performance of ES here.
In its second week, the single stays at #4. By debuting in the Top 10 and staying there for at least one other week I regard this as a solid performance by U2. I'd never expected it with this single (while I don't dislike it, I don't think it's that remarkable).
Now we have to wait and see how high the album debuts next week (#1?).
