That sucked. Firstly, the US played not to lose in the 3rd period and it cost them. THen, they had a chance at an open net and it bounced of the post. Then they got hosed on that slashing penalty.

Apparently the refs warned both teams before OT that anything like that would be called, but still if that was called on Canada I would be pissed.

I was prepared for Silver going in honestly, other than the Olympics, the US women have really been doing well against us recently.
