How can you hate Jordan

"Republicans buy shoes, too."

I do praise Jordan for his recent protest against North Carolina transgender laws, but 30 years ago he wouldn't endorse a black candidate running against that racist piece of shit Jesse Helms.

And I just never liked his attitude in general. His Hall of Fame induction speech verified he's still an asshole.

There's no question that Jordan and his legacy benefits from coming up in the last era without social media, internet, TMZ, Deadspin, etc etc

There's also no question that he's the best player of all time.

Alas... a guy who fought teammates, who was notorious for hanging out late nights in casinos and strip clubs, who drove to Atlantic City to play high stakes blackjack till 4am before a playoff game against his team's biggest rivals, who was a known associate of mob connected bookies and guys known to be big sports gamblers... I'm not so sure he'd get to play with Bugs Bunny if he played in today's culture.

Every player is hurt this time of year, but coddled Stephen let's the whole world know about his boo boos.
What on earth are you talking about?

He had a grade MCL sprain a month ago. There's a difference between being hurt and being injured. Everybody is hurt in someway at this point, yes. Not everyone is injured. A grade 1 MCL sprain is not a boo boo.

GS gets some threes and OKC goes into full on panic mode

Westbrook is absolutely awful tonight.

Are the Warriors going to wear their Blockbuster Video "The City" jerseys in the Finals? Perhaps that would be the only thing to save this series. Only LeBron's presence could make anybody actually root for Curry and the Warriors.

This Finals has got me a little conflicted. It would be nice to see the city of Cleveland finally have a champion again. But, it would also be nice to see the Warriors cement their status as the greatest team in NBA history.

Would that actually cement it? I think it's something to be routinely contested, should they win.

Well, that's a given there, but, yes, a GSW victory would cement it. Then another NBA team has to come along and win 74 games and also a championship to top the Warriors. It's a win-win for the NBA. If the Warriors win, they've got their new greatest team of all time. If the Cavs win, LeBron gets Cleveland their championship and finally makes up for taking his talents to South Beach.

I suppose statistically, sure. But this is sort of like undefeated Patriots vs. undefeated Dolphins. I would venture to say that Patriots team might've been "better."
