I caught a game at Fenway yesterday... they really need to tear down everything other than the field and outfield wall and start again.

All the grandstands. There's so many strange turns and ramps and hidden pipes and walkways that they could easily replace those sections and add on concession stands and bathrooms that aren't awful, and ya know, no beams blocking seats.

Considering the streets on the sides of the stadium all shut down for games, they could easily extend the walls out a bit if needed.

gabe kapler gets a short leash until about june next year. he lost the team completely in the last two months because as soon as rosters expanded he went wild shuffling the lineup and positions and nobody could ever get comfortable doing one thing.

maybe you chalk that up to being a first year manager but he better learn from that fast, or else get in someone with some more experience asap.

The regular season is almost in the books. The party's over for most teams. It could be Boston's year. The Yankees' starters have been erratic at times. Hopefully, they advance...because fuck the A's!
