This website is pretty cool. They start you off with 10 cents and you can work your way up by betting on sports games. You never have to put your own money in and once you hit 20 bucks you are allowed to cash out.

I think you misunderstood the question. On a game with supposedly even odds, do they pay out 1:1, or the more customary 10:11, or what?

Ok, I bit. Their odds on major North American sports are in line with Vegas and online sports book odds (risk 11 to win 10 on a standard spread bet), but their odds on most other events are horrible. They do offer bonuses on all bets that make them +EV as long as your account is below $3, so they're basically offering a free $3 every time you bust.

I also have serious doubts about how long they'll stay solvent, so the time to start betting there is now.
