A League?

Was there interest last season? I've been away from interference for years it seems lol.
My household have staked their claim at Wanderland (renewed foundation members thankyouverymuch) and they are all abuzz. I'm being my usual cynical self and reckon the WANDERERS (um... Why do iPads automatically capitalise this??) inaugural season was a dream start that can't/won't be repeated this season. I hope it does, but I'd be happy to see just another solid season from our new infant team. I desperately want to see central coast fall. They became a major thorn in the WANDERERS side last season, and I predict there will be more rivalry established between them and us than there will with Sydney FC.

6 weeks roughly to go, right?

I think Inte is the only one here who would take an interest.

Glad to see Roosy back

The West Sydney Wanderers are amazing, they have really enhanced the quality of the league on and off the field. When they played us in Melbourne, they brought down 800 fans and drowned the MV fans out. Conduct themselves with a fair bit of class as well. Credit to them, and the club's executive team.

I would have loved to have gone to Wanderland last season, may make a trip up this season.

Pumped for the new season, i feel the league has gone from strength to strength and has well and truly surpassed cricket as Australia's summer sport of choice. Just slightly concerned about how MV's squad will turn out with a few departures (and maybe more to come )

The RBB will be even more organised this season. If you do get the chance, you won't regret coming up for a game. You very much need to either do the march, or find somewhere to eat dinner on Church St in Parramatta so you can witness the spectacle. Around 2,000 of the RBB meet in a pub (and most of the surrounding street due to lack of room) somewhere up near the station and warm themselves up. They then meet with god knows how many riot police for their escort all the way down to Parra stadium. They start the chants before they leave the pub and don't even always stop at the end of the game - sometimes they keep going as they disperse to the station and other pubs at the end. If you don't feel like doing this, at least eat at one of the outdoor restaurants along Church St. The spectacle takes around 20 mins to pass you, and it's just an awesome carnival atmosphere. It's a great way to begin an evening of football!

Have Victory not signed up all their players yet then? Changes in line up are always difficult, but I don't reckon you guys can't get on top of that. Plus, it's always been my view that a win is all that more sweeter when it takes their all to earn it. I don't reckon it's Victory's turn to be floundering yet, anyway.

Adelaide has gone all Spanish for the new season, with their new coach and a couple of their signings. Should be interesting.

You keep living in that fantasy land when the Ashes roll into town this summer.

Hahaha the diving is true. Except they usually need to be carted off so they can recover instantly on the sideline.
