My two shows left for the year so far are Gorillaz tomorrow at MSG and I've got press passes to X Japan on Sunday. Covering the show for a music website I write for so it should be awesome!

And maybe, just maybe Pelican on October 30. Maybe.

I was going to try to take my mom to see South Pacific this month, but I don't think that's going to happen.
Well, damn. Turns out something else fun is on the 23rd, so I probably won't get to go see Russian Circles after all.

Tomorrow night is the Venice Baroque Orchestra playing Vivaldi's The Four Seasons and a new piece by Philip Glass called Violin Concerto No. 2 “The American Seasons”.

Then Grinderman November 30. That's all for this month.

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."
