It has 8 live tracks on it, and it was given out for free at the original screenings of the documentary. There's also an actual soundtrack to the movie that was released, but this is a different album.

...first listen to Willy and the Poor Boys. I didn't like it as much as Cosmo's Factory, but it was a good listen nonetheless.
