The Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet

Finally listened to this, and I think that it is fucking brilliant, if not better. What was your opinion?

Because it's regarded as one of the best albums ever? When at best it's just a great album?

Deerhoof--Offend Maggie

It's phenomenal. Probably my second favorite album of the year.

Zeppelin IV was great! I'd kind of written classic rock off, especially Led Zeppelin, because I thought it was too masculine (the term "cock rock" from a reading I did for a rock history class comes to mind ), but I'm glad I'm going back and listening to a lot of this.

Yndi Halda - Enjoy Eternal Bliss

I'm a sucker for post-rock that uses orchestral string instruments, and this is one of my favorite examples of the type.
