Haven't listened to them in a while, so I'm going on a little AOF binge today. Wires starting now.

What did you think of Glasvegas? And did the copy you listened to include the extra EP or no?

Why didn't anyone tell me about this album until now? Love it:drool:

I did, right when I found out about it.

I've been listening to that one constantly over the past few days as well.

In the wee hours of this morning:

Jennifer O'Connor--Here With Me

She opened for Wilco last weekend in Rochester, and I really enjoyed her set. A friend introduced me to her after the show, and she gave me her latest album. It's a little uneven because of a few too many slow songs in the middle, but I still like it.

Alright, the album really loses me around Lullabye, but altogether it's pretty enjoyable. Just a few things I could do without.
how many tracks does the version you heard have? 14 or 19? though either way, lullaby falls in about the middle of the album iirc.

i know you won't be surprised to hear this but i love every track. maybe in 09 he'll keep touring (i believe he's toured for a solid year, circling the globe at least twice) and he'll come to your town. if he does i reeeeeeeally suggest you see him. he's amazing live, the songs have a totally different feel and energy to them. plus, watching him bounce between the guitar and drums is awesome. (though last time i saw him his little brother was on drums)
