I've seen their name translated to Set The White Flags On Fire Slowly as well as Burn The White Flags Slowly. Not sure which is correct, but the album is awesome.

The band name in Russian is:

Белые Флаги Зажигайте Медленно

Zoots: I don't understand why people like that song.

The first second is good, when the keyboard comes in, and it's all downhill from there.

What if you went into the album with the idea that the whole album is about the first cloned kid and his life growing up? Maybe you just need some perspective, son?

He wakes up sucking on a lemon.
And then the music box - lullaby sound is his infancy
And then, I dunno, he uh, goes batshit - terrible twos maybe.
At some point he's optimistic
And then there's ghosts
And then he commits suicide.

Optimistic is about middle of the pack for me.

Hmm, I thought you'd like it more. It's certainly one of the best tracks on the album to me - I find EIIRP to be less of a song these days than I used to. Optimistic, In Limbo and Idioteque are the main reasons I rank Kid A as their best.

Well, my Kid A rankings are completely backwards, so that explains it.

1. In Limbo
2. Kid A
3. How To Disappear Completely
4. Optimistic
5. Idioteque
6. Everything In Its Right Place
7. Morning Bell
8. The National Anthem
9. Motion Picture Soundtrack
10. Treefingers

First impression: Awesome! Although, my favorite tracks are still Dawn and Night, both of which I'd already heard before. I did enjoy Lunch Break: Peak Hour though, come to think of it. Nevertheless, I'll be listening to this one again and again for sure! One thing, I wish they hadn't labeled the song titles with Dawn, The Morning, Lunch Break etc. It's pretty damn obvious what those songs are about, looking at the proper titles!
