I think it's pretty lame. Mostly how they have the band lame written, as I'm sure I won't be the last to see the unintended humorous side of it mixed with the album cover photo.

Nah, I'm pretty sure that was intentional...slightly pornographic cover with "within and without OUT" over top? I have a hard time believing it was on accident.

I think he was referring to WAS. HED. OUT., but either way I think intentional innuendo.

The title reminds me of the line from Fletch - "How about lunch at In and Out? How about just the in and out?" Or something like that.
