Can someone explain to me why this forum is so anti-RHCP? And without spouting some bullshit about how all their songs are about California and sex?

i'm a pretty big fan. i love By the Way, Californication and Freaky Styley and quite like a number of others. maybe their music hasn't been all that influential... but leaving aside any stigma or "RHCP suck" or whatever, if you remember some of their songs... they're brilliant. Had Frusciante not left the band and had they toured again i definitely would have gone.
