Looks like I'll be flying solo! There are still some goodish "cheap" seats left for the first two shows.

Greatest show I've ever seen.

The 360 version of The Fly is the best U2 has ever done.

You mean the very same version they skipped in Philly in favour of Magnificent, only to play both songs a few days later?

OH OH OH! OH OH OH! OH OH OH! OH OH OH!

The fact that Magnificent sucks made missing The Fly that much worse.

The love for that song is also baffling to me. If you want cliché U2...

I don't know about that - the version they did on the Elevation tour had some really heavy guitar and when Bono runs the laps around the stage - really cool.

The version they did on Bomb tour wasn't that great, IMHO.

Yeah, Elevation is the way to go, IMO, although I wish they hadn't changed the key.

I don't think Magnificock sucks, especially if it's going to be sharing that term with Cock Crazy and Stand-Up Referee. But I do think the response around here was hyperbolic. The verses are rather ineffective, though it's hard for me to deny the soaring power of the chrorus.

I'd probably rank about 6 or 7 songs on the album above it.

Only Crazy and SUC are worse. It's still decent, just a bit boring.

Nah, I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight is a great song, one of the better ones on No Line On The Horizon. I think ...Boots is the sub-par one.

Perhaps, but it really took off live, I think. At least I really liked the live version.

Magnificent sucks. I'd take SUC over it. Least it's got a half decent riff.
