I'm so happy to see the love for Drowned World, even though Cori abandoned it.

1. Into the Groove (remix preferrably)
2. What It Feels Like For A Girl (album version ONLY)
3. Dear Jesse
4. Keep it Together
5. Gone
6. Promise to Try
7. Drowned World/Substitute for Love
8. Cherish
9. Oh Father
10. Survival

I know I went a little overboard with stuff from Like A Prayer--what can I say, it's a fucking masterpiece?

Oh, totally. The remix used in the video is awful, awful, awful. Way to completely change the song.

I don't understand why there was a single mix in the first place. Did she not realize she had recorded one of her all-time best singles, and one that was painfully relevant at the time?

It deserved better.

oh no Cori, I LOVE the mix for the video!

Actually, I wish they had all sound effects in video for the CD, it sucks there was one and extended on the singles, but I prefer it to original!

It pleases me to see Oh Father on so many lists.

And yay for Spanish Eyes! I love that song. I also love Keep It Together. Man, that's just a good album.

I was going to say I cut Oh Father, but realized I didn't.

Rain was the one I trimmed, because I wasn't sure if I was giving it credit for its amazing video.

Didn't like to ignore Erotica completely, though. Or I'm Breathless, for that matter. Didn't feel right picking a Sondheim song on a Madonna list.

I just barely left "This Used To Be My Playground" off. I knew that song before I even knew who Madonna was. It's one of my mom's favorite songs from one of her favorite movies.

Fuck that was hard!

1. Live To Tell
2. Oh Father
3. This Used To Be My Playground
4. Papa Don't Preach
5. Like A Prayer
6. Rain
7. Take A Bow
8. You'll See
9. Vogue
10. Jump

As you can see, 6 out of 10 are ballads. I love this collection:

Oh, I love You'll See! I always forget about that one.

I had a hard time not putting anything from Evita on my list.

This is spur of the moment, off the top of my head and in no particular order:

Music
Live To Tell
Survival
Justify My Love
Push
Holiday
Dress You Up
Drowned World/Substitute For Love
Take A Bow
Deeper And Deeper

As for You'll See, I absolutely fucking love it of course but in hindsight I should've moved it to 11 or something and included Ray Of Light or Express Yourself in it's place. Gah! They're all good songs anyway!
