There was a showing tonight of the doco to accompany this tour. It was one night, one theatre only.

And I missed it! :depressed:

8ish or 830ish I think it was, and yes there's an opener. Vintage Trouble. I walked in as their last song was ending, I don't really know anything about them other than there's a small article in the current issue of guitar world magazine that says very little (which, conveniently enough, I bought cos mr Townshend is gracing its cover).

I want to go to the RI show like you would not believe. I may need to find a way to make that happen...

Same.
Just checking, TM has seats in 108 for the face of 143.65, but they also have platinum seats in 110 and 120 for 164-179 depending on the row, not too bad a premium to be right by the stage.

So tickets for the Boston show will be on sale over a year before the show. Did Paul McGuiness take over as The Who's manager when U2 fired him?

And I'm quite sure decent tickets will cost a few bucks. So do you tie up a few hundred dollars for a pair of tickets for a year or wait for something to get released in October 2015.

The Mohegan Sun date must be Memorial Day weekend, so not sure about that as an alternative.

basically, if they wind up being way more than what prices were for the quadrophenia tour, then i'm not going to try to get tickets. and CT is definitely out for me since i work sundays. normally, i'd just take the night off. but the holiday weekend means not only would i have to call out of work to go, but i'd be missing a shift at double time and a half. that sounds like money i'd like to have to pay for the ticket in the first place.

i really want to go, though.

CT is probably out for me as well as that Sunday I usually have a cookout at the in laws.
I plan on going to the Boston show. I'm only going to buy tickets next week if I see something spectacular. Otherwise I'll wait. There's bound to be ticket drops in October 2015 where decent seats can be had and money not exchanged 377 days ahead of time.

I think I'll wait a year. My guess is there will be plenty of time/tickets available next September. I hope.

I forget about shows if tickets go on sale 3 months in advance.
