i somehow saw the issue of rolling stone they were just on the cover of, i think one of my housemates had it. read enough to figure they're not a band i want to check them out, but i did listen to part of that song. they make me think mike patton and wolfmother, which was kind of the impression that i got from the article.

[Northern Soul]

They're from Saskatchewan, which is where I live. I listened to a couple of their tunes...blah. The tunes were done better the first time, in the 1970s, by much better bands.
