First listen didn't quite captivate me as much as the previous Woods of Desolation album but I need to give it another go. Surprised to see it get reviewed on Pitchfork, and so positively too. That's cool.
 
Damn here I was thinking this thread has been revived for something interesting.
 
Mate the post before yours was a year ago. At least post some interesting new post-rock if you're going to bump an old thread.

Not that I've heard much interesting post-rock from 2017. Sleepmakeswaves and Hiboux have put out good albums but nothing revelatory.
 
i found this band named Physics House Band and they're decent. they're not "post rock" per se but good instrumental band
 
They play a good live set. Thoroughly enjoyed them at A Colossal Weekend in Copenhagen.
