Followed by "We Both Go Down Together", albums don't start much better than that.

I love everything about The Rake's Song. The guitars, the drums, the story about a man who murders his own children, etc.

It is made of good things.

Had never heard of this band, until 'Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect' was played on How I Met Your Mother. I really enjoyed that song, still really do. That show just provides me with joy on so many levels. Not only is it a great show, but it's introduced me to good music too. I got into Bloc Party through it, and now may check out a Decembrist album or two, judging by the comments here

I'm a big fan of this band, and I didn't even need Impy the foul stenched snake-rat, General Scumbo of the Utah militia or IYS to tell me to like them.

Finally sat down and listened to this stream, good stuff. So far, I like the 2 tracks we've heard from this more than the vast majority of Crane Wife, which I'm really glad about (as Crane Wife disappointed me, despite it still being good).

I am very friggin excited for this record. I have a feeling it's going to be a good one. Just a feeling. It could be because they've yet to put out a bad record. History likes to repeat itself.

Every time an album leaks, Scumbo pulls one of these:

Anyway, commence to crying, hermano.

At least it's only a few weeks off. I am excited for picking it up then.
