I have a really strange Pavlovian response whenever I hear "...Baby One More Time." It gets me goin, because I can't separate the song from the video in my mind. And that video really did it for me when I was 13.

Same thing with the theme music to Jeopardy, weirdly enough.

Animal Collective always gets me in the mood.

(We all have different definitions of "sexy.")

Massive Attack - Angel
Bis - Detour
Cibo Mato - Sugar Water
Moby - The Sky Is Broken
U2 - If You Wear That Velvet Dress
Sade - By Your Side
Texas - Saint

(although the last two fall more in with "romantic" than "sexy," but they've ended up on .... um .... *cough* ... mood-making mixes I've made in the past)

TGBHF is rather a tragic poetic song to be listed as sexy , maybe that's just me.

I agree, somewhat. For that song it's not so much about the lyrics, but the music. I don't really know what it is exactly, I just know it does it for me.

I thought of a couple more.
Love For Real-Erick Schrody/Everlast
Strawberry Wine-Deana Carter

And then there's "First Taste" by Fiona Apple.

Fade Into You - Mazzy Star
World In My Eyes - Depeche Mode
The Only Time - Nine Inch Nails
I Don't Sleep, I Dream - R.E.M.
Gravitate To Me - The The
Your Blue Room - Passengers
If You Wear That Velvet Dress - U2
Lust - Tori Amos
Wicked Game - Chris Isaak
Lady Grinning Soul - David Bowie
Everybody Here Wants You - Jeff Buckley
Not Enough Time - INXS
#1 Crush - Garbage

Some of those have already been mentioned, but they bear repeating.

OK, two more and then I'm done here:

Stripped - Depeche Mode
Sweet the Sting - Tori Amos
