I like a lot of Rufus' stuff. Poses is my favorite of his albums.

"Go or Go Ahead" is probably my favorite song of the last decade. Period. Poses is a great album, and probably the most consistent. The album from which "Go or Go Ahead" is taken, Want One, was my first Rufus album and it led to something of an obsession, though. So either one is a good starting place. I'd say the self-titled is the least accessible, though "April Fools" and a few other songs are among his best. I could put together a killer playlist for you.
