Apparently someone on the Stones' website team got a little trigger happy and posted a tour date in Indio, CA. I needed some good news today!

And they hardly play festivals. 2013 will be a very interesting year for them (hopefully more tour dates!)

Anyone think we can find an "alternate" way to watch the concert tonight?

Gimme Shelter with GaGa? Tumbling Dice with Bruce? Time to start looking up YouTube videos.

Rolling Stones Weigh Offers for Full Tour in 2013 | Music News | Rolling Stone

Interesting fact - the average person who went to see the Stones in either London or the East Coast paid a whopping $525. If they tour again, I don't want to pay so much!

The Stones are extending their '50 & Counting' Tour, with shows in North America in May and June, as well as a show at London's Hyde Park in early July. While ticket prices are lower than the 2012 shows, the top price is well over $500, while the lowest price is at about $85, according to the Chicago show. I smell greed.

TBA - Los Angeles, CA - Staples Center
May 5 - Oakland, CA - Oracle Arena
May 8 - San Jose, CA - HP Pavilion at San Jose
May 11 - Las Vegas, NV - MGM Grand Garden Arena
May 15 - Anaheim, CA - Honda Center
May 25 - Toronto, ON - Air Canada Centre
May 28 - Chicago, IL - United Center
June 12 - Boston, MA - TD Garden
June 18 - Philadelphia, PA - Wells Fargo Center
--
June 29 - Glastonbury, UK - Glastonbury Festival
July 6 - London, UK - Hyde Park
The Staples Center date will be announced once they have the NBA/NHL schedules figured out, according to the website.

Read this article shortly after the dates were posted. http://bigstory.ap.org/article/stone...ould-we-care-0

It is an obscene amount of money, but I will try to at least get into the venue. I was still very impressed with their performance 12/12/12 & it's kinda once in a lifetime for me. In the long run I know I'll regret not trying to go.

Yeah, I won't pay 5 bills to see them and won't sit where 85 bucks will get me, so pretty likely a no go for me.

I saw them last time they came through, I think, and they were terrific. But even the cheap seats look too expensive.
