Actually The Flaming Lips 24 hour song is being edited down to 43 minutes or so.

On 28th of November there is RSD Black Friday (mostly US only releases)

Any chance there is someone here on the forum who could get this piece?

http://www.recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/7579

I'd add 50% of the retail price as "pick up premium"

Holy fucking shit. I'm going to have to be in line like a week in advance, but if I can find two, you've got yourself a deal.

AWESOME MIX VOL 1

That may be in real high demand cause Marvel fans will be trying to get it as well as music fans.

I'll be in line for St. Vincent and Bowie. Will be looking out for these other things as well.

I understand the Guardians of the Galaxy thing is a cool collectible, but I still think this cassette revival thing is stupid.

I'm hoping Neil Young decides to release the vinyl box of On the Beach, Time Fades Away, and Tonight's the Night. Apparently it's done and just waiting to be distributed.

Guys, it's a collection of cheesy 70s hits thrown together in 10 minutes in an arbitrary order. What other format could it be but cassette?

The cassette revival finally served a purpose.

Did anyone actually make mixtapes on 8 track when cassettes were more readily available?

Has that question ever been asked online before?
