I have ads at the top of my page. Looks like it's time to re-up so I can roll with the premiums again.

Awesome haul at Sonic Boom today in the used section:

Bonnie Prince Billy - The Letting Go
Kurt Vile - Smoke Rings For My Halo
The War On Drugs - Slave Ambient

AND! A Sigur Ros thing I didn't even know existed, Hvarf / Heim. And I had just ordered the Heima DVD yesterday, so now I'm extra happy.

I never see ads because I have Ad Block Plus with my Firefox browser. It's pretty excellent.

I just started listening to the Jezabels a few minutes ago and man, it's soo good. I'm only at the fourth song of the album and I already know I'm going to love it. What makes it even better is the fact that I'll be able to see them live in a few days time.

Thanks to whoever posted a video of a song of theirs a few days ago.

I doubt they'll ever hit it big, but if they get a solid Interference following, at least I'll have someone to talk to about them. Their EPs are just as great as Prisoner.

When I use the app I put short, thoughtless replies. I prefer the web.

How did I manage to make it to 2012 without ever having heard the full Fisherman's Blues album? Even the bonus disc is fantastic.

I think you'll love it, you've got an open mind! I was 12 years late to the party but better late than never. Be sure to hit back with your thoughts.

Man, I just did not like their album, but maybe I should give it another go.

That instrumental/beat/whatevercosimnotgoodatdefininggenres genre of music has become a serious favourite of mine over the past two years.
