Cilantro and zucchini are both delicious. I bought some cilantro habanero hot sauce the other day that was pretty great. You can actually cook the latter (and eggplant) in a way so it doesn’t taste like mush.

Literally anything spicy is awful. Anything with hot sauce, chillies, jalapeños, any of that shit, can get fucked.

"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Cilantro has grown on me while living in California, but it can ruin a dish when there's too much of it.

Cauliflower is horrendous.

Eggplant and zucchini are fairly neutral on their own but can be used well in dishes.

I would like to eat more spicy food but my stomach can't handle it.

Sign me up. Vile weed,

As for zucchini, if it is cooked right (grilled for example) its fine, if it is allowed to get mushy, hard pass.

And for the record I always pronounced Koze to rhyme with Keyser Soze in my head.

I have a roasted cauliflower dish that would change all of your haters’ minds. It’s fucking delicious if done right.

White, anglo-saxon man complains about spices.

Yup. Roasted cauliflower with brown butter or za'atar is the way to go.

Also, fried cauliflower.

All I have to add to the food conversation is that peas are terrible from every angle and an instant way to ruin any meal.

In other news, Desert Daze added Jarvis Cocker, Earth playing a full album, and some other smaller acts. Apparently they srill have another headliner to announce.

Really excited for this new location at the lake. How often do you get to swim and rent boats during a festival?

And there we have it—opinions that are objectively wrong.
