I do not want to buy the Twilight soundtrack. Anyone here have the mp3 of Hearing Damage and if so would you be willing to share it with me?

Walking in this morning's winter wonderland reminds me that one of the Radiohead gems I lost in my recent computer crash is their cover of said winter wonderland song. If anyone has it and would like to send it to me I will blow a BIG KISS your way.

I found some unmarked CDs that appear to be Radiohead b-sides and now I get to guess what the title of each song is.

Okay, what are we talking about now? A new Radiohead song? I'm so out of it.

For a movie that looks eternally shitty, almost the entire New Moon soundtrack is killer.

St. Vincent & Bon Iver, Yorke, Muse, Editors and Grizzly Bear? Count me in.

Same here. It KILLS me that you can't just buy the individual tracks on iTunes, or any other digital download site. My pride won't let me purchase the album straight up.

I did finally get that song Thom covered, 'All for the Best', after seeing it on Popmatters "best singles of 2009 list". I've never heard the original, but Thom's version is quite nice.

You just have to hunt around music blogs and you can nearly always find a free and legal download for one song if you don't want to buy a whole sucky soundtrack. I found Hearing Damage here:

Music Under Fire Mix For The Weekend VI)

And apparently Desplat's score for it is one of the year's best. Of course there's no way in hell I'm finding out firsthand.

Actually, here's a little bit. Yeah, it is good.

His main theme is on the soundtrack as well. Between Desplat and Carter Burwell, those Twilight producers aren't skimping on composers, that's for sure.
