sounds like the album isn't coming out anytime soon though if you listen to the end of the radio interview...

Dang, I am on the wrong coast! Not to mention the auction price will probably be pretty dear...

Holy shit. I saw this and was temporarily unable to function. I got a hundred clams for Oxfam.

ETA: Except I really don't understand how the TB auctions work.

Wow.

Too bad I can't afford what these will go for, but it's worth a low bid just in case.

So if I bid low, I don't have to pay the highest bid, only up to what I bid then?

Explained fairly well in the TB site if you click the auction box. Sounds like it's just gonna go by auction bid amounts. Ties go to the earlier bid. Though it could be a bit more complicated than that, since there won't be too many tickets.

I have no idea how this whole bid thing works, if I lived there I would place the min. bid. What is the seating capacity for the venue?

Thanks, hardy.

I haven't decided how much to bid yet, but I'm keeping in mind both the trip to Atlanta to see RH and then Denver to see U2. So what the hell. Why not throw a bunch of money at Oxfam?

I dunno.

Son-of-a-bitch! You can't buy just one ticket in the auction.

Joyful, you may be spending Sunday night at my house.

Tix already up to $175. I would love to go buy I fear it will be a choice between ticket and rent.

So it tells you what the minimum bid has become? 200 is already too high for me

If I could get a single, I'd be willing to go higher. But I just don't want to risk not being able to sell the other ticket. I'd have to sell to someone I know, and no one I know has the bucks to pay that price. Damn them for making me buy two tickets.
