Finally listened to both Pleased To Meet Me and Pop all the way through...Pleased To Meet Me may be my favorite Replacements album now, and Pop is so much better than I thought it was going to be, even though I'm hesitant about U2's 90s stuff. And oddly enough, Mofo's a little like Tomorrow, in some aspects of the music, though I don't really like it as much.

Mogwai - 'Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will' (deluxe 2 disc edition)

God bless you for delivering this tonight despite Amazon's wishes that you didn't, small name courier.

There are very few bands who could convince me to drop $50 on a new album I've never heard a note of. Radiohead is one of them.

This had better not be a disappointment, guys.

Taking a short break from the Replacements to digest the last 2 albums of theirs I bought and getting more punky stuff instead. Mm. I'm excited!

Just went on a small spending spree as a big chain had a special sales for its members. This is what I got home with:
Janet Jackson - The Velvet Rope
The Jayhawks - Music From The North Country (Deluxe)
Keane - Under The Iron Sea
Love - Forever Changes (Deluxe Edition)
Radiohead - My Iron Lung
Sugababes - Overloaded
V/A - Arkology

(Plus, though this is not an album, though it was the main reason I went to that sales, the deluxe box of the U2 360 DVD, for just a mere €32! A bargain if there ever was one)

I like getting home and then having the front door stuck because of all the CDs blocking it.

Dazzled Kid - Fire Needs Air
Elbow - Build A Rocket Boys!
Gare Du Nord - Sex 'n' Jazz
Lady Gaga - The Fame/The Fame Monster
Tammi Terrell - Come On And See Me (The Complete Solo Recordings)

:dancing:

The Dodos - 'No Color'

Don't think I mentioned REM and Elbow previously, but I got those last week.

Tom Petty—Full Moon Fever
Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers—Into The Great Wide Open
The Replacements—All Shook Down
The Replacements—Don't Tell A Soul

Don't think I mentioned these:

The Strokes - 'Angles'
The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - 'Belong'

Local Natives - 'Gorilla Manor'
LCD Soundsystem - '45:33 EP' (digital version)
