For a few weeks I have this record coupon burning in my wallet. Well, today I still didn't use it. Instead, while I was walking in town I came across a flea market. And I guess someone was selling his record collection. Got all these for just 2 euro each:

Neneh Cherry - Homebrew
Terence Trent D'Arby - Introducing The Hardline According To...
Bob Marley & The Wailers - Legend
George Michael - Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1
Portishead - Dummy
Prince - Prince
Prince - Batman Motion Picture Soundtrack
Tindersticks - Curtains
Tricky - Maxinquaye

plus also 2 singles:
Buffalo Bob and The Rinkelstars - Sympathy For The Devil*
Prince - Erotic City

* I know this single is probably gonna suck a bit, as it's by a Dutch radio DJ. As I like his radio shows, I nevertheless want to have this piece of history. :)

Flea markets!

Death Magnetic was only $6.86 on Tower.com so what could I do? To get free shipping I had to order a few others. :shifty:

David Bowie--The Rise & Fall Of Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars
Tool--Lateralus
Metallica--Death Magnetic

And for my beloved:
Motorhead-- Inferno (CD)

Porcupine Tree - Nil Recurring
Opeth - Ghost Reveries

Great Choices!! If you like Ghost Reveries, I highly suggest picking up Opeth's - Watershed. I actually like Watershed a little better. It still has alot of dynamics but the songwriting is tighter. I especially love "the Lotus Eater".

Fuck Buttons - 'Street Horrrsing'

Belle & Sebastian - 'The Life Pursuit' Special Edition - has a DVD (yay for $9.99 sale prices)

Nachtmystium - 'Assassins: Black Meddle Pt. 1' (yay for $9.99 sales of what your "black metal friend" says is the best album of the year)
definitely not posting this album cover....

Steve Wonder - Innervisions
The Who - Tommy
Ray Charles - Modern Songs in Country and Western Music
Fiona Apple - Tidal
No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom

Tori Amos - Under The Pink
Tori Amos - To Venus & Back - This was nearly impossible to find in Australia
Kings Of Leon - Only By The Night
Radiohead - Pablo Honey

The studio part of it (Disc 1) is sooooooo good! Disc 2 Live is good too but I haven't listened to it as much.

I've had an mp3 copy (of both albums) for about 6 months, and I've been looking for a hard copy for about a month, and I got lucky last weekend :hyper:

All I need now I think is official copies of : Choir Girl, Pele, The Bee Keeper, and I think thats it. :hmm:

Regina Spektor - Begin to Hope
Regina Spektor - Soviet Kitsch
Bruce Springsteen - Magic
The Living Blue - Fire, Blood, Water
Sugababes - One Touch
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - The Last DJ
The Smiths - Best... I
Pavement - Brighten the Corners

Yeah, man. I don't think I've ever seen Regina Spektor discussed on this board. She is amazing. I saw her live a couple years ago and she put on one of the most strangely charming shows I've ever seen. And the song she recorded with the Strokes is one of my favorite duets ever. And she's hot.

I had no idea she did something with The Strokes.

I also find her "hot", but I am a sucker for ladies who make good music.
