Oasis' new album...as good or better than Don't Believe the Truth.

Before that...Black Sabbath's greatest 1970-1978. Classic. "Sweet Leaf" is tops, though I was ticked that "Iron Man" was an edit, especially stupid given that they have 3 or 4 mediocre post Sabbath 4 stuff on the album which surely could have been left off to make way for all of "Iron Man"...

Most recently Starflyer 59's "Dial M" and I'm thinking I should actually go buy the new Cure album tonight. Because I'm in the minority who likes it and I still have only listened to the leak.

You'll be happy to know I bought it. I meant to buy it last week when it was on sale, so I paid an extra $4, though.

within the past few months I bought

Louis Armstrong on trumpet
Billie Holiday hits on CD
HTDAAB with the additional DVD and Fast Cars because my other copy never had that track on it
Girls Aloud and Sugababes greatest hits, because they have made the best pop songs of the 00's
Greatest Hits and Brand New Day by Sting
