I'm having trouble deciding. Definitely one of the tracks from 1-9. Hell of a run, right there.

Only Tomorrow, If I Am and In Another Way are my favorites. I love everything but the last two tracks, which are ridiculously fun but incongruous with the rest of the album.

The first 3 are my favorites, last two are my least favorites. I agree with LeMeL, those 2 songs are fine, just out of place.

Why has NSW not weighed in with his thoughts yet?

He is too busy listening to classic rock.

I wanted to give it a bunch of listens before forming let alone sharing an opinion. Have listened 10x or so, all on headphones, and, I honestly am truly delighted with the album. So much better than it has any right to be. It feels like some sort of musical bonus prize.

Listening to this back to back with Tender New Signs makes me happy.

I mean, I hate to echo Shouty Pop but I kinda love them all.

That being said, the first three feel very much like they were released a year two after Loveless, which is a good thing, I like them. The biggest pleasant surprise for me would be New You.

What about you?

I am really looking forward to hearing this sometime this week.

For now, though, all I'll say is that the number of times on average a review of this album will mention Loveless must be sitting somewhere around 25.

Yeah, not yet. I've been catching up on some other stuff (The Chameleons FTW). But this is definitely on my radar for sometime this week.
