When the Big Easy calls, you gotta accept the charges.

This made me chuckle.

I intend to listen to this album for the second time today.

I just listened to We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed for the first time, and I must say it is one of the stronger first impressions that I have had of an album in quite some time. It's hard to pick standouts because at least half of the tracks were stunning.

Just decided on a whim to see Los Camp on the 27th. So excited, and it gives me an excuse to get more familiar with the early records and EPs.

I think that I may try to catch them on the 27th as well. They seem like a band that would put on an entertaining show.

That performance was...not very good.

Not sure why they went into that abrupt beginning instead of the charming keyboard intro. Gareth way too loud in the mix and I could barely hear anything else esp on backing vocals.

So much for capturing any interest with a national TV perf of a song that is insanely catchy on record.

Yeah, I was pretty unimpressed as well. Nice to see Letterman in good old troll mode at the end.

Kim is fucking hot.

The performance, maybe not so much. The mixing was terrible.
