Help! Looking to identify 2 songs...

I'm looking to identify 2 songs that were played in the background of the UK's ITV1 telelvision programme Dancing On Ice - yeh, I know.

I've uploaded the snippets - they're in the background behind the loud talking so listen carefully.

The first sounds like a Muse instrumental:
