I haven't seen anyone talk about it, but Broadcast's OST for Berberian Sound Studio is fantastic. The film is about a sound engineer working on an Argento-esque Italian horror film and going mad in the process. The accompanying score is creepy as hell and definitely indebted to Goblin.
