So, uh...you could pretty much replace any single album on my list with this one. One of the best records I've heard in years, easily. Trumped only by a very select few records, including their first full-length, Hidden World. This shit is fucking unbelievable, and the double, gatefold vinyl is one of the most sumptuously gorgeous records I've seen in years. To experience this by way of the CD would be sinful at best.

If you can see this band live, do it. Be careful--very, very, very careful--at the show, but go. It will light a fire under you like you can't even begin to imagine.
