It's a pretty good album. There are a couple of songs I'm not wild about, but I don't run screaming from the room when they come on. And there are some exquisite songs on it too.

When I first got it in very early January I almost didn't want to listen to it. A lot of the songs on it are very personal and I wasn't sure I wanted to go there, especially at that time. But I'm glad I did listen to it -- it wasn't as angry as I feared although some of the songs always make me sad. One of the things I've always liked about Steve is his ability to do melancholia without coming across as a whiny little bastard (at least to me).
