I think I have seen that Bono is supposed to be a part of the tribute too, I may be wrong, though.

It's as if some of you have never seen the Grammys or the Brits. You do know they come every year right?

David Bowie: The next thread and the next thread...

Jeez. It wasn't that bad. It was very rushed, but there are time constraints to consider and some people really dig that Vegas revue medley shit (I don't). At least her vocals sounded good.

I liked the beginning..her voice was great..and I liked the end...but in between, not so much... I agree it was just too rushed..but that wasn't her fault

It's not really controversial if you have to tell us it's controversy.

As a performance it wasn't the worst, but it was bad. But as a tribute to one of the best and most important artists of the last 50 years it was atrocious. Carlos Alomar and Duncan Jones weren't too thrilled either.

Fucking hell the Bowie high-horse moralists have been so fucking annoying ever since his death.

In my view Gaga's Bowie thing was fun, but not much else. Don't think she got the chance to really show off her vocals and the Vegas-y vibe y'all are talking about was a bit off. So it was a shame. But it was still fun.

But fucking hell is it tiresome watching wankers like Hollow Island and jim and all the rest of the commenters all over the internet whinge and moan because an artist they have deemed ~so unworthy~ loved Bowie and got to show it off. Give it a fucking rest mate.
