Moonage Daydream.
"Heroes".
Life on Mars?
Station to Station.
Five Years.
Starman.
Young Americans.
Sound and Vision.
Lady Grinning Soul.
John, I'm Only Dancing.

These, according to 12 B&C voters, are David Bowie's 10 best songs.

We shall now, one poll by one poll, each open for two days, revert to a traditional format, ie voting one song out each round.

Vote for your least favourite.

I also request that with only ten songs remaining you try to explain why you are voting a particular song out, as opposed to just posting the name.

It's finally getting exciting! WHAT WILL WIN?

I'm going with Starman. It's a bit too much of a conventional pop song to hang with the restless, innovative tracks around it.

I like John I'm Only Dancing but I think it's the weak link here. (i.e. the spot where Teenage Wildlife or Wild Is the Wind should be)

Voting for John I'm Only Dancing. An alright track that I don't think should have gotten this far. Not a fan of Bowie's vocals on this one particularly.

To speed up the process, is there any slaughter rule where we can move onto the next round sooner if one song racks up enough votes in one day?

Yeah, I'm happy to do that. I'm giving my vote to Young Americans though. If John gets another vote (stoked to see it doing this well!) I'll mercy it.

And Lady Grinning Soul already has a vote. Fuck.

The final really should be Life on Mars vs. Heroes.
