Weird that the Bleep site has listings for the After Dark remaster on Crystal Clear vinyl...yet the Italians Do It Better label site says "coming soon"...hmm. Perhaps some of these have already shipped to suppliers and the ones stuck at the label's home haven't been set up to order yet on the website.
It still is a hell of a lot cheaper to buy via the label. The After Dark remaster is only $15 for the triple LP set...whereas that Bleep store is charging almost thirty bucks.
I too am going to try and buy all of this vinyl from the label site. It's such a great value, Johnny supposedly is very meticulous about choosing vinyl cuts that sound great to his ears, and they pretty much all have some sort of color gimmick. Can't wait.
Well, I guess I can wait. Since it's been like three months.
I purchased all four of the new vinyls they posted. The others are Chromatics' "Kill For Love" double LP on snow white vinyl (1 of 1000) for $13 and Chromatics' "Night Drive" double LP on white vinyl (1 of 250) for $13. You need to scroll down a bit to find them.
Snagged beatbox, AD1, and Night Drive myself. It's insane to me that I can get 6 discs shipped for $7 from IDIB when Sub Pop charges the same for a single Warshed Out LP.
Hmmm, no code yet. Ironically, the "Your Order Has Been Successfully Placed" screen says, "All Hard Copy Orders Will Receive A Full Digital Download At Checkout To Keep You Warm Until Your Package Arrives". Y U hurt me, Italians? U no do it better.
Yeah, I checked my e-mail since I wanted to download the AD1 remaster (the version I have of it is all one track) and it wasn't there. Definitely something to do with that release...
Mine arrived yesterday as well. Just be warned that Johnny may have thrown in some goodies. I got a free CD copy of After Dark 2 and Martin Vogel's "Tougher Than The Rest" 12" single.
