Another band that has been a regular on my rotation of late

listen: Sunken Waltz

http://www.casadecalexico.com/

soft waltz's with slide guitars, mariachi trumpets, hushed voices...tremolo up to yang
surely one of America's best kept secrets

and also not in our precious index

why don't you just marry and make love to me....my threads

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

Whay am I always late to these things?

"Garden Ruin" is a fantastic record, all what I was expecting of Calexico

the new album is just great

Most of my favorite musicians have an uncanny way of branching into different genres whilst retaining a sound that is distinctly theirs.
I never imagined alt-rock could sound like Calexico and not the other way around
