Bon Jovi - Work For The Working Man (New Song)

YouTube - Bon Jovi - Work For The Working Man (New Song)

LYRICS:

Im here, trying to make a living
And I aint living just to die
Never getting back what Im giving
Wont someone help me, someone justify
Why these strong hands are on the unemployment line
And theres nothing left, whats on my mind

Whos gonna work for the working man ?
Work for the working man
(Work) Get the hands in the dirt, whos gonna work of the curse
(Work) Brother Ive been damned, if I dont raise a hand
Work for the work, work, work for the working man
Work, work, working man

Empty pockets, full of worries
I had to get two jobs and it was hard enough getting by
But with the grace of God Im getting us through
But only know that I know how to do
That Im the only one whos gotta look my family in the eye
Day after day, night after night

Whos gonna work for the working man ?
Work for the working man
(Work) Get the hands in the dirt, whos gonna work of the curse
(Work) Brother Ive been damned, if I dont raise a hand
Work for the work, work, work for the working man
Work, work, working man
Work, work, working man

I lost my pension, they took my ID
These were my friends, these were my dreams
These were my hopes, these are my dreams
Can you hear me ?

Whos gonna work for the working man ?
Work for the working man
(Work) Get the hands in the dirt, whos gonna work of the curse
(Work) Brother Ive been damned, if I dont raise a hand
Work for the work, work, work for the working man
Work, work, working man
Work, work, working man

I lost my pension, they took my ID
These were my friends, these were my dreams
These were my hopes, these are my streets

====================================

The first "pension / ID", the bridge, is the only part I really like
Pretty forgettable song, and his voice is crap now
Let's wait until Richie makes this better

I don't care for them, but they are certainly above Creed and Nickelback.

They have some catchy tunes, a few of which I'm not ashamed to say I like a lot. They're way above Creed and Nickelback in my book.

Oh man, this new song is quite mediocre. Pearl Jam covered the same subject much better. To make it worse, Jon's voice here sucks!

I honestly think Springsteen and Mellencamp also did it better...

I heard it was our country. Of course, the jury's still out.

Just how much better are Bon Jovi than a Creed or Nickelback? I don't think the gap is all that wide.

Only one made this fucking music video

Sambora's behavior in this video makes it all the more baffling that he was ever boning Stacy Sheridan.
