So, after this "season," we'll have some sort of nomination process to add more bands?

It's kind of a crime that Franz Ferdinand isn't in on this. Same with Mute Math.

B should have the bottom eight from A and twelve new contenders.

A should have the top four from B and four new contenders. I'd promote the top four from A into the Championship League and demote the top four from the Championship leage into group A. So A would have four from the Championship League, four newbies, the four best from Group B, and eight teams from Group A last time (those that finished in 5th-12th place).

That's how I'd do it, anyway. Basically, everyone from B gets dropped completely except the top four which move on to A.

Yeah that could all work but in theory A and B are supposed to be equal divisions, and the plan after this season was to split them properly

The way it'll work at the end is

The top 16 in the Premier stay and the bottom four join the Championship
The Top 4 in the Championship join the Premiership, and the bottom four go into the new Third Division.
The top 2 in both A and B will go to the Championship
3rd to 10th will go to the new Third Division
11th - 16th will be the new fourth division
17th - 20th will be out completely

And eight new bands will join the Fourth

This is just for the first season though after the bottom 5 to 8 finishers (not decided yet) from the Fourth division will be relegated out of the competition and replaced for new bands.
