Siamese Dream
Mellon Collie

I should get Gish one of these days. Zeitgeist was okay in parts but there was none of the beautiful soundscapes of Hummer or Mayonaise.

Wasn't that the second single off Chinese Democracy?

I remember when Smashing Pumpkins did Storytellers they did some cool acoustic versions of Machina songs, I of the Mourning is one I remember specifically. I'm surprised Youtube didn't have any vids of it.

I of the Mourning is a great track. The stripped down Stand Inside Your Love was good, but it can't compare to the full band version. Damn.

I appreciate the thread title too.
Mellon Collie is the album that got me into the Pumpkins. Oddly enough, I've never cared much for Siamese Dream, I'm not even sure I own a copy. Machina is probably my favourite at the moment. Odd that Zeitgeist gets such a bad rep over here. I always thought it was pretty solid.
