All Points West lineup announced

Not bad at all. I'll definitely be going for Friday and Sunday's shows. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Elbow, and Coldplay live.

Good lineup.
If I had to chose a day, I'd go with Friday.

Coldplay headlining=indie cred OVER.

Making Echo & the Bunnymen play before them=a crime worthy of capital punishment.

Easy, Laz. I think Tool kills the indie cred a little more than Coldplay.

The Friday lineup is damn good. Some great bands there. And then they toss in the triumvirate of badass early 90's hip-hop legends right there in the middle. Nice. I actually just listened to the Pharcyde this morning for the first time in a long time and it really helped me calm down after I got shut out on the U2 tickets I was going for.

And Saturday is the first announced U.S. appearance by the Arctics in almost two years. Glad to have them back.

Uhh, no it doesn't. Tool is a lot more obscure and niche than Cockplay is. I'm not a fan, but they're also influential, as opposed to derivative.

My sister knows who Coldplay is.
But she doesn't know who Tool is.

Thats how I judge indie cred.

Chalk it up to my being a Coldplay apologist.
